Bashkim Zabërgja, born on 05.11.1978 in Pristina, completed primary and secondary school in Pristina, as well as the Faculty of Arts in the department of Painting, where he graduated in 2003 at the University of Pristina. After graduation, he was employed in primary education in 2005 in Vushtrri where he still teaches the subject of Figurative Art today. As an artist, he has had several personal exhibitions and has participated in many collective exhibitions both in the country and abroad. Bashkim is quite active in his artistic activity and stands out for his realistic style, especially in portraits, still lifes, and landscapes.

Shaban Krasniqi (born in 1955 in Ceceli, Vushtrri) is a retired English language professor, singer, and songwriter. He completed his primary and secondary education in Vushtrri, while he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, Department of English Language and Literature, at the University of Prishtina. From 1978 to 2006, he worked as an English language teacher, mainly at the "Eqrem Çabej" Gymnasium in Vushtrri. During the years 1999–2000, he served in the OSCE Verification Mission in Kosovo and later in UNMIK as a translator and administrative assistant. Besides education, he has been active in social, sports, and cultural life. He was one of the founders of KB "Llamkos", chairman of the Board of KB "Kosova", and a participant in various civic, educational, and cultural activities during the '90s. Since the mid-'90s, he has been involved in Albanian folk and light music as a singer and composer. He has realized over 80 songs and published the albums "Njëri–tjetrin ta çmoni" (2001), "Kur mbrëmja bie" (2004), "Vijnë vashat" (2010), and "Flamuri Kombëtar" (2012). He has participated in numerous festivals, including Gjirokastra, Përmeti, LyraFest, Anadrinia, and Zambaku i Prizrenit, winning several awards for interpretation. For his contribution to education, culture, sports, and public life, Shaban Krasniqi has been awarded dozens of recognitions by various institutions and organizations in Kosovo.
